How does the embodied sexual power program work?

Each week, Embodied Sexual Power participants will receive links to a private Youtube page with videos showing and describing proper form of the exercises we will be using in the workout that week. They will also receive a link to a lesson on a specific sexual issue that we can talk about and be coached on during the coaching portion of each session.

During the sessions, the first 30 or 40 minutes will be me calling out exercise movements and coaching participants through them as they workout in front of a full length mirror to energizing music. Every five minutes, I'll invite them to remove an article of clothing - they can, but they don't have to. It's completely optional but very empowering to see the beauty in their own moving body.

When the workout is complete, we take 2 minutes to dry off, dress, hydrate, and regroup in meeting style format where we can all see each other. The second half consists of debriefing any personal reflections of their workout experience and getting coached on any questions or issues they have around that week's sex coaching topic.

Will anyone else see me working out?

The other session participants won't be able to see you (and you cannot see them) while you work out. I will be able to see you, but I'm not paying attention to your level of nudity. I only watch each person in the session to make sure they are using safe and proper form to ensure a great workout. 

You have permission to move your body however you want. You are welcome to modify the moves to fit your fitness level which might include anything from doing the workout from a chair or bed up to using weights.

After the workout ends, there will be a brief reset where I enable each participant's camera so we can meet as a group during the coaching portion of the session. You are highly encouraged to join on camera to provide the other participants a sense of bonding and security.

What if it’s uncomfortable to workout without supportive garments?

"You want me to move and jump without a bra? Are you crazy?" No, I'm not crazy. I understand that your breast tissue bouncing around can feel uncomfortable. If you aren’t used to being active without one on, this is especially true over long periods of time.

 

You are not required to take off all (or any) of your clothes. If you feel like working out without a bra or other support garment is too uncomfortable, please keep it on.

 

I demonstrate how to run on the spot and jump, while using your arms/hands to give support to breast tissue. You might also choose to take your bra off towards the end of the workout so you aren’t without it for very long. It's always a personal choice. Many women don't take anything off during the sessions! Do you!

Will you be working out with us?

No, I will not be working out with you. It's really important that you watch the video links before showing up to a session so that you know what the exercises look like. I can cue and describe them as well as give safety cues, but it's each participant's responsibility to be familiar with the moves so I can be mindful and coach everyone in the virtual room.

During coaching, will each woman have an opportunity to have their concerns addressed?

Depending on how many women are in the session that day, I will do my best to coach each issue that is brought up. What I prefer to do is ask at the start of the coaching portion how many people want coaching and then divide that time by the number of issues.

​

Often, the group coaching modality offers multiple people to get support and clarity on their own issue based on what someone else is coached on. We all learn from each other and discover that we aren’t alone in our struggles.

Occasionally, you might be the only person in attendance, in which case, you get a personal training session and private coaching - lucky you!

Can I record the session to replay on my own?

Recording is strictly prohibited! The workouts are my intellectual property and the coac​hing is regarded as sacred and private. If you'd like to record a coaching session, please consider purchasing a private one-on-one sex coaching session through Sex Talks With Amanda.

Your enrollment provides access to unlimited classes within each 6- or 12-week session. You are welcome to attend as many times as you need.

Can I purchase private/personal training during or after the program?

Yes, I offer individual private sessions based on the same fitness/coaching paradigm. I also offer Sex Coaching-only sessions.

At this time, I only offer a single payment option. In the future, I'd like to offer payment plans. Stay tuned!
